We had a wonderful holiday celebration for Las Posadas, with a song and dance performance by the students!  Everyone enjoyed a festive international potluck dinner and special treats.

As we celebrate and learn about Native American culture and Thanksgiving Day we will be serving Nachos, which is a Tex-Mex dish. Tex-Mex cuisine incorporates Native American and Mexican American food influences.
