*PPLA SAMPLE MEAL PLAN*

Monday--
AM Snack: Dry Cereal, Pear, H2O
Lunch: Spaghetti, Broccoli, Apple, Milk
Dinner: Quesadilla, Spinach, Grapes, Milk

Tuesday--
AM Snack: Graham Crackers, Banana, H2O
Lunch: Stir Fry Chicken, Rice, Pear, Broccoli, Milk
Dinner: Ground Turkey Couscous, Peas & Corn, Pear, Milk

Wednesday--
AM Snack: Rice Cake, Grapes, H2O
Lunch: Mac & Cheese, Carrot Sticks, Apple, Milk
Dinner: Organic Home Made Chicken Soup, Carrots, Apple, Milk

Thursday--
AM Snack: Goldfish Crackers, Apple, H2O
Lunch: Teriyaki Chicken, Peas, Nectarines, Milk
Dinner: Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Spinach, Tangerine, Milk

Friday--
AM Snack: Animal Crackers, Blueberries, H2O
Lunch: Baked Chicken, Brown Rice, Orange, String Beans, Milk
Dinner: Lentil Soup, Carrots, Grapes, Milk

*Students with special diets are required to bring their own food and beverages (milk) to school
*PPLA incorporates organic foods about 20% of the time (fruit, vegetables, cow milk)
